All of the spare parts that we produce by designing in accordance with the measurements taken from the original and zero samples, and technical drawings suitable for manufacturing, are prepared by us.

PRODUCTION

After the technical drawings of the spare parts, the samples are sent to analyze for detailed analysis for the desired suitable life In accordance with the analysis results, the material to be selected for the guarantee of long life is subjected to the necessary tests with the help of the necessary analysis programs. In accordance with the analysis results, the appropriate material is supplied and operations such as heat treatment, grinding, coating, which should be appropriate in order to keep the life of the material at a high level and to keep the measurement accuracy high, are determined and sorted before starting machining. Then, the machining of the product is started and the necessary processes are performed respectively.

Quality Control

The products are subjected to inspection and testing at the entrance, during the process, before assembly, after assembly and before shipment, and the results obtained are reported. The following measurement, inspection and test methods are applied in Hidrolift BVS.

Installation

If requested, the successfully completed parts are presented to the customer with the assembly personnel who are experienced and knowledgeable in Hidrolift BVS, as assembled.

Test

Every successfully assembled part is subjected to 100% pressure and sealing, impact tests.

Handling

Packaging is carried out in accordance with the requirements of local and international legislation (ISPM 15) and customer specifications.
